I have some super homes and thank you for taking  a minute to see them. Secondly, you can e-mail me at cherylgaulden@remax.net  or call me at 459-0000 and be immediately set up on our Preferred Client E-mail - this will allow you to receive all the new listing within a 1/2 hour of them being listed and arriving on our system which is different to the mls.ca (sometimes it can take up to 3 to 5 days for them to show on mls.ca and in today's market most have them have gone pending or are SOLD), you can search our local multiple listing service (mls.ca) in order to view homes available for sale but with our Preferred Client E-mail you don't have to wait and search - it is done for you and then the properties are automatically sent to you with more information that allows you to eliminate on your criteria.
